Wherever you are on your fertility journey, I am here to support you with Naturopathic Medicine - whether you are trying to conceive, looking to have a healthy pregnancy, or want some support during the postpartum period.
I work with both female and male partners to optimize fertility through lifestyle, supplementation, acupuncture, and more to help you have happy, healthy babies. I continue to provide education and healthcare to women through their pregnancy to ensure they feel confident and taken care of. I also work with mothers in the postpartum period to ensure they receive the necessary screening and treatment so that they can heal and focus on being present for their new babe.

Birth Doula Services
Birth Doula's support women physically, emotionally, and educationally through pregnancy, labour + birth, and the early postpartum period. Your OB-GYN or Midwife are there to ensure the health and safety of mom and baby, whereas your Doula's role is to help you have a beautiful birthing experience that you will remember positively for years to come.
Doula services include 2 prenatal appointments, attendance during labour and birth, and 1 postpartum appointment, with additional services available upon request. If you are curious about Doula services, book in for a complementary Discovery Call to learn more!
